Safety has always been at the very core of our company ethos. We know that poorly installed fire doors can kill, so we have worked tirelessly to create a product range that makes the safe and proper installation of fire doors as quick and easy as possible.

The Blue60 installation system is the culmination of two years of research and development and six months of extensive testing. Incredibly reliable, it’s been evaluated with every combination of frame and wall material and has proven to be totally effective every time.

SOLVING A CRITICAL PROBLEM

Initially, however, Blue60 foam failed safety testing because the standard packers that were used with it weren’t up to scratch. To solve this issue, we created Blue60 fire-rated packers. Designed to the same exceptionally high standard as Blue60 foam, these packers ensure that the Blue60 system is able to resist fire for up to an hour.

The Blue60 system was first made commercially available in 2016. Since then, it’s enabled installers up and down the country to fit timber doorsets safely and easily, raising fire safety standards and protecting thousands of people in the process.
